All events will be a 5KM distance with run or walking options at the following times:

5KM Run at 10am & 2pm

5KM Walk 10am

Sunday 16th October at Hounslow Heath meet at car park, access from Frampton Road

Saturday 29th October at Boston Manor Park meet at car park, access from Boston Manor Road Entrance

Sunday 30th October at Hanworth Park meet at car park, access from Hounslow Road
